Regular use helps maintain consistent output quality and extends the life of critical printer components. The pack is sold new and ready for immediate use.

Suits high-volume environments

Operators who run Sato thermal transfer printers daily will find the quantities convenient for scheduled maintenance. Shops that only print occasionally may not use all supplies before they dry out. Buyers needing cleaning fluids or different applicator shapes should look at other maintenance kits.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 12 swabs and 12 cards in my Sato thermal transfer printer?

Open the printer cover, remove the used cleaning card, insert a new card from the 12-card pack, then run the printer's cleaning cycle; the 12 swabs are for manual printhead and roller cleaning — do not soak them.

When should I replace the swabs and cards in this Sato 14S000156 kit?

Replace a cleaning card after each pass through the printer; discard each swab after one use on the printhead or platen roller — the kit contains 12 of each for multiple maintenance sessions.
