Genuine Sato SG112-ex 300dpi printhead

This genuine Sato SG112-ex thermal printhead delivers 300dpi output for the SG112-ex label printer. It replaces part number R19978000 in Sato industrial printing environments. The component is supplied new and ready for integration into compatible Sato thermal transfer systems. Buyers needing a different resolution or a printhead for another printer family cannot use this item.

Direct drop-in replacement for SG112-ex

Installation follows the standard Sato printhead swap procedure: power off, release the latch, remove the old unit, seat the new head, and relatch. No firmware update or calibration utility is required by the part itself. Misalignment during seating can cause print-quality defects, and using the head on non-SG112-ex models will result in mechanical incompatibility.
