What the product is

The Save the Girls CG-3003BN Bone crossbody phone case is a brushed vegan leather lanyard system with an RFID-protected zippered pouch and a phone card insert. It converts between a shoulder strap, a wristlet and a purse strap for hands-free carry.

Who it suits and who it does not

The design suits anyone wanting a single accessory that holds a phone, cards and coins while keeping the screen accessible for facial recognition. Buyers who need a fully waterproof case or a hard-shell enclosure with drop protection should look elsewhere.

Installation and common issues

The phone card slides into your existing case through the charging-port cut-out, leaving the port free for normal charging. If touchscreen response feels sluggish through the clear window, increase the device touch sensitivity in settings.

Questions about this item

What phone case do I need so the card insert fits through the charging port hole?

You need your own phone case with a charging port opening wide enough to tuck the included card insert through while leaving the port usable.

Can I keep my existing purse and still use the adjustable shoulder strap?

Yes, the strap is designed to clip onto a purse for added convenience and style.

How do I verify facial recognition still works after placing the phone in the window?

Test Face ID or Android face unlock through the clear window; if it fails, increase the touch sensitivity in your phone settings.
