Compact 75% Layout with Volume Knob

The SbocKeeb V500 is a 75 percent mechanical keyboard that keeps essential keys while freeing desk space. A built-in volume knob gives quick audio control and the white finish suits both Windows and Mac setups. It is aimed at typists and gamers who want a smaller footprint without losing function keys.

Hot-Swappable PCB and Pre-Lubed Switches

The board uses a hot-swap PCB so 3-pin or 5-pin switches can be changed without soldering. Switches arrive factory-lubed for a smooth, quiet linear feel. The gasket mount and five-layer padding reduce hollow sound, though the integrated plate may limit extreme tuning flexibility for enthusiasts.

Stable Feel During Long Sessions

The gasket structure and multi-layer dampening keep the typing experience consistent over extended use, minimising vibration and ping. Full N-key rollover and a Win-key lock prevent missed inputs during marathon gaming. RGB side lighting adds visibility without affecting thermal behaviour because the keyboard has no active cooling.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the V500 is working correctly after plugging it in?

The RGB backlight and side light strip should illuminate, the volume knob must adjust system audio, and every key including the five function keys should register without ghosting thanks to N-key rollover.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The V500 keyboard with pre-lubed linear white jade switches installed, a volume knob, and five-layer gasket padding are included; extra 3-pin or 5-pin switches for hot-swap customisation are not supplied.

Which V500 version should I choose for Mac compatibility?

Select the white V500 with creamy-sounding linear switches; it supports Mac mode via Fn+Q and includes dedicated multimedia and function keys for macOS.
