FORScan-Optimised Ford Adapter

The ScanTool OBDLink EX 425801 is a USB OBD-II scan tool built specifically for the FORScan Windows software. It provides dealership-level diagnostics across every Ford module and unlocks advanced functions that dealer tools cannot reach. The electronic MS-CAN and HS-CAN switching lets FORScan access all CAN buses simultaneously without manual toggles.

USB Plug-In With Software Suite

The adapter connects to a Windows laptop via USB and includes the OBDwiz software licence for immediate use. It draws power directly from the port so no external supply is required. BatterySaver technology drops the device into a low-power mode when the ignition is off, protecting the vehicle battery during extended sessions.

1996-Onwards Coverage With Ford Focus

The tool reads and clears codes on all 1996 and newer US-sold cars and light trucks using standard OBD-II protocols. Throughput runs up to 20 times faster than toggle-switch adapters, eliminating dropped packets on J1850, HS-CAN and MS-CAN networks. Buyers needing wireless connectivity or macOS and Linux support should consider other options.
