Industrial Control Switch

The Schneider Electric 9001KR1GH6 is a 30 mm flush push-button operator built for industrial control panels. It provides a single normally-closed contact rated at 10 A and 600 V AC, suited for machine-stop or safety-interlock circuits. The metal head and chrome-plated die-cast aluminium bezel meet NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 4, 6, 12, 13 and IP66 requirements. Approvals include CE, CSA, UL, REACH, RoHS and WEEE.

Thermal and Electrical Behaviour

The contact block carries an A600/Q600 designation, meaning it handles inrush and steady-state loads within its 600 V AC rating without supplementary cooling. Screw-clamp terminals accept solid or stranded conductors for a secure, low-resistance connection that does not degrade under vibration. The momentary action returns automatically, so no holding current flows once the operator releases the button. All materials are RoHS and REACH compliant.

Panel Integration

A standard 30 mm cut-out accepts the operator; the threaded metal body secures with a lock nut from the rear. The flush green head sits low to prevent accidental actuation while remaining visible in bright environments. One normally-closed contact frees panel space compared with dual-contact blocks, and the screw terminals simplify wiring in tight enclosures. The assembly is not illuminated, so no separate lamp supply is required.
