Thermal overload relay protects three-phase motors with a 23-32 A trip range and 690 V AC rating
The Schneider Electric LRD332 is a thermal overload relay rated for 23 A minimum and 32 A maximum current at 690 V AC. It provides overload protection for three-phase motor circuits in industrial control panels. The unit mounts directly to a compatible TeSys Deca contactor and uses screw clamp terminals for secure wiring.
Verify that the existing contactor belongs to the TeSys Deca series so the relay mounts directly without an adapter. Confirm the panel has enough depth for the relay body and that screw clamp terminals suit the wire gauge used in the installation. Ensure the control circuit can accommodate the 1NO/1NC auxiliary contact configuration for trip signalling.
This relay replaces a failed or incorrectly rated thermal unit on the same contactor series. The jump is worth it when the motor load has changed and the previous relay no longer matches the 23 A to 32 A setting range or when a manual reset and Trip Class 10A response are required for the application.

The relay ships as a single unit with screw-clamp terminals and direct-to-contactor mounting for TeSys Deca contactors. No auxiliary contacts, contactors, or wiring accessories are included.
Set the dial between 23 A and 32 A to match the motor full-load current; the relay trips at 10 A trip-class curves to protect against sustained overloads.
The 690 V AC maximum voltage rating allows the relay to be applied on three-phase supplies up to 690 V, with three poles providing overload protection for each phase.
