Protects three-phase motors from 95 A to 120 A with Class 10 thermal trip and direct contactor mounting
The Schneider Electric LRD4367 is a three-pole thermal overload relay designed for industrial motor protection. It mounts directly to a compatible contactor and operates at up to 690 V AC with a maximum voltage rating of 1000 V AC. The adjustable current range spans 95 A to 120 A with a Trip Class 10A response.
This relay suits engineers specifying overload protection for three-phase motors in the 95 A to 120 A range using screw clamp terminals. It is not for applications requiring a different current band, a higher trip class, or a mounting method other than direct contactor attachment. Buyers needing electronic overload features should look elsewhere.
The unit includes an auxiliary contact block with one normally open and one normally closed contact for status signalling. Reset type is selectable between automatic and manual operation to match restart policies. Transparent housing allows visual inspection of the mechanism. Compatible with the TeSys Deca series for integrated assembly.

The LRD4367 mounts directly to a TeSys Deca series contactor using screw clamp terminals; match the contactor frame to the 95 to 120 A setting range.
The relay operates at Trip Class 10A, so it trips faster than Class 20 devices; coordination requires checking time-current curves for the specific motor load.
Set the dial within the 95 to 120 A range, confirm the 1NO/1NC auxiliary contacts change state on a test trip, and measure that the motor current stays below the set value.
