What It Is

The Scosche B25 is a Bluetooth 5.0 receiver that adds wireless streaming to any device with a 3.5 mm AUX or RCA input. It weighs 0.018 kilograms and fits a single-DIN opening. The adapter pairs with smartphones or tablets and also accepts TF cards and USB drives for local playback.

Who It Suits

Ideal for listeners who want to upgrade a home stereo, wired headphones or a car audio system without replacing the original hardware. NFC tap-to-pair makes connection instant for compatible phones. Buyers who need a built-in amplifier to drive passive speakers directly should consider a different solution.

The Deciding Spec

Bluetooth 5.0 delivers a stable link up to 10 metres or 33 feet with low latency. Dual 3.5 mm and RCA outputs let you feed two zones simultaneously. Support for aptX and aptX HD codecs preserves high-resolution audio quality over the wireless link.

Questions about this item

Which wired speakers or headphones can I plug into the 3.5 mm and RCA outputs?

Any device with a 3.5 mm aux input or stereo RCA inputs will work — powered speakers, home stereos, headphones or car audio systems.

Will my phone stay paired if I walk to another room 10 m away?

Yes, the Bluetooth 5.0 link is rated for up to 10 m or 33 ft without obstructions, so normal indoor movement stays connected.

How do I know the receiver is streaming audio correctly after pairing?

Audio plays through the connected speakers or headphones; the NFC tap-to-pair feature also confirms the link is active.
