Product purpose

The Scosche CMQ0001 is a reusable gel lint roller designed to remove pet hair, lint and dust from clothing, upholstery and car seats. It suits pet owners and travellers who want a washable alternative to disposable adhesive sheets.

Before use

Check that the surfaces you plan to clean are compatible with a tacky gel material. The roller is safe for fabrics such as wool and cashmere, but verify that delicate or unusual textiles will not be damaged by the adhesive before rolling.

Thermals noise power

The device operates manually without electricity, so it produces no heat, noise or power draw during normal use. Maintenance consists of rinsing the gel under water and allowing it to air dry before the next cleaning session.

Questions about this item

Does the CMQ0001 come with a protective case or do I need to buy one separately?

The roller is a single self-contained unit measuring 7.0104 L x 7.112 W x 11.2014 H centimeters and weighing .118 kilograms; no extra case or refill is required because the gel surface is washable and reusable.

Should I choose the mini size or a larger roller for car seats?

This model is the compact travel size at 7.0104 L x 7.112 W x 11.2014 H centimeters, designed to fit in a glove box or purse for quick clean-ups on seats and upholstery.

How well does the .118 kilogram gel roller actually lift embedded pet hair from fabric seats?

The extra-sticky gel adhesive grabs stubborn hair and lint on contact; after use you simply rinse the roller under water, air dry it, and the adhesive returns to full strength for the next clean-up.
