What It Cleans

This Scosche cleaning gel removes dust, crumbs, pet hair and debris from vehicle vents, dash crevices and console gaps. The putty presses into tight spaces, lifts contamination and leaves no residue. It also works on keyboards, remotes, calculators and other dry, hard surfaces around the home or office.

Who It Suits And Who It Does Not

Drivers and desk users who want a reusable, residue-free way to lift loose particles from intricate surfaces will find it practical. Buyers needing to clean carpets, upholstery or any wet surface should look elsewhere because the gel is not designed for those materials. Anyone who prefers a liquid spray or disposable wipes for broad areas will not be served by this putty format.

Replacement Indicator

The gel stays effective until its colour turns dark, signalling it is saturated with dirt. Store the putty sealed in its jar below 104°F between uses to maintain tackiness. When the material darkens, discard it and open a fresh container.

Questions about this item

Does the cleaning gel dry out or leave residue after sitting in a hot car all day?

Store the jar below 104°F; the gel stays tacky for dust pickup and leaves no residue on surfaces.

What surfaces or tools are required before using the putty on vents and keyboards?

The surface must be dry and water-free; press the gel directly into crevices — no extra tools or liquids needed.

Will the purple gel stain or damage older plastic trim and electronic contacts?

The high-tech material is sticky to dust but not to hands, picks up debris and leaves no residue on compatible surfaces.
