Questions about this item

How do I attach the refill pad to the wand so it doesn't fall off during scrubbing?

Align the pad with the wand head and press firmly until the internal clips snap audibly; the built-in scraper edge should face outward for stuck-on food.

How many times can each refill pad go through the dishwasher before it needs replacing?

Each heavy-duty refill can be refreshed in the dishwasher up to 20 times before the scrubbing surface wears down.

At what point does the soap reservoir run dry during a big cleaning job?

The internal reservoir holds enough liquid for several minutes of continuous dispensing; refill when the wand stops releasing soap on the downstroke.
