Commercial griddle cleaning pads

This pack contains six heavy-duty scour pads sized for flat-top griddles in professional kitchens. Each pad measures 4 inches by 5.25 inches and uses a resin-bonded abrasive that resists degradation from hot water and detergents. The abrasive is non-rusting and certified by HACCP International as food safe. The pads leave no residue on the cooking surface after use.

Heat-resistant up to 350F for hot cleaning

Pads are designed to clean griddles at operating temperatures between 300 and 350F, reducing downtime during service. When paired with Scotch-Brite Quick Clean Griddle Liquid 700-40 or 701, the system cleans baked-on food and oil in three to five minutes. The resin bonding maintains integrity through repeated exposure to heat and cleaning chemicals. Pads are also effective on cool surfaces if preferred.

Replaces worn pads in the Quick Clean system

These pads fit the Scotch-Brite Multi-Purpose Pad Holder used in the three-step Squirt, Scour, Squeegee process. They are not suited for delicate non-stick coatings or surfaces that require a gentle scrubber. Kitchens that do not use the companion liquid or holder will not achieve the stated cycle time. Buyers needing larger-format pads or a different abrasive grade should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the 4 in x 5.25 in pad to the holder and what step do users skip?

Slide the pad into the Multi-Purpose Pad Holder until it locks; the step often missed is applying the Quick Clean Griddle Liquid 700-40 or 701 while the griddle is at 300-350°F before scouring.

When will the heavy-duty scour pad need replacing?

The resin-bonded abrasive resists hot water, detergents and normal cleaning liquids, so the pad lasts through many cleaning cycles until the abrasive surface visibly wears smooth.

What temperature limit stops me from cleaning a hotter griddle?

The pad is rated for use up to 350°F; exceeding that temperature can degrade the resin bond and reduce pad life.
