Precision Cutting for Fabric and Photos

Scotch Precision Ultra-Edge Titanium Scissors feature titanium-fused blades that deliver smooth cutting action across fabric crafts and photographs. The 8-inch pointed tips allow detailed work on intricate patterns. Assorted colours provide easy identification in busy workspaces. This tool suits crafters, quilters and hobbyists who value clean edges on delicate materials.

Titanium Blades with Adjustable Brass Pivot

Titanium-fused blades resist corrosion and maintain sharpness through repeated use on textiles and paper. Soft comfort-grip handles reduce hand fatigue during extended cutting sessions. A durable brass and stainless-steel adjustable pivot lets users tune blade tension for different material thicknesses. The executive-style construction withstands daily creative demands.

Upgrade from Standard Household Shears

These scissors replace basic kitchen or office shears that struggle with layered fabrics or slip on glossy photo paper. The titanium fusion and adjustable pivot justify the step up when projects require consistent, fray-free cuts on multiple layers. Crafters working with heavy denim, upholstery fabric or archival photographs will notice the immediate improvement in control and edge quality.

Questions about this item

What cutting standard do the titanium-fused blades meet for fabric and photo work?

The titanium-fused blades are designed for smooth cutting action on fabric crafts and photos, with a durable brass and stainless steel adjustable pivot maintaining consistent blade alignment.

What physical dimensions and mounting features let these scissors fit a hand comfortably?

The 8-inch pointed-tip design pairs with soft comfort-grip handles that contour to the hand, while the adjustable brass and stainless steel pivot lets you set the blade tension for a secure fit.

How do I adjust the pivot correctly, and what is the common mistake?

Turn the brass and stainless steel pivot screw until the blades glide smoothly without lateral play; the frequent error is over-tightening, which binds the titanium-fused blades and makes cutting stiff.
