Snap Frame 11 x 17 Silver

The Seco Snap Frame in 11 by 17 inches provides a lightweight, silver-finished display for posters and notices. Its front-loading snap mechanism allows graphics to be swapped in seconds without tools. The 25 mm profile suits standard indoor mounting on walls or partitions. Ideal for offices, schools or retail spaces needing frequent updates.

Replaces screw-fixed or glued frames

This frame eliminates the hassle of removing screws or prying apart adhesive corners every time a poster changes. The jump is worth it when displays are updated weekly or daily, such as rotating safety notices, promotional offers or student artwork. It covers sizes from 8.5 by 11 up to 24 by 36 inches, so the same system scales across multiple locations.

Tool-free wall mounting

The frame ships ready to hang; simply secure the back panel to the wall, insert the graphic, and snap the four moulding rails shut. Common issues include uneven mounting surfaces that prevent the rails from closing fully, or inserting graphics thicker than standard paper stock which can bow the profile. Ensure the wall is flat and use the correct fixings for the substrate.

Questions about this item

What wall space does the 11 x 17 inch silver frame require?

The frame fits an 11 by 17 inch graphic and has a 25 mm finished profile, so allow at least that footprint plus clearance for the snap edges to open.

How do I mount the Seco snap frame and what step is often missed?

Drill pilot holes for the supplied fixings, level the 1-inch profile, secure the back panel, then snap all four sides shut — forgetting to latch every corner leaves the poster loose.

When should I replace the clear cover or the snap edges on this frame?

Replace the cover if it yellows, scratches or clouds, and replace the snap rails if they no longer grip the 11 x 17 poster firmly after repeated changes.
