Character and pose

This Sega PM Perching Statue depicts VTuber character Akami Karubi in the signature Chokonose sitting pose. The figure stands approximately 5.5 inches tall and is designed to perch naturally on flat surfaces such as shelves, desks, or table edges. It arrives in a closed box package and suits adult collectors of anime-themed figurines. The multicolor finish captures her gentle expression and casual posture from every angle.

Display upgrade

The perching design replaces traditional standing figures that require dedicated shelf depth or a base plate. The jump is worth it when display space is shallow or when you want a figure that sits credibly on a monitor bezel, bookcase lip, or desk corner without toppling. Collectors who need a fixed upright pose or a larger centrepiece scale will not be served by this format.

Placement and stability

Installation is simply choosing a level edge and setting the figure down; no tools, adhesives, or assembly are required. The centre of gravity is tuned for the perching attitude, so the main risk is placing it on a vibrating or sloped surface where a nudge could tip it forward. Dust the PVC surfaces occasionally with a soft brush to keep the multicolor paint clean.

Questions about this item

What surface depth does the 5.5-inch figure need to perch securely?

The PM Perching design balances on any flat shelf, desk or table edge deep enough for the figure's seated base; a few centimetres of depth is sufficient.

How do you set up the Chokonose figure without it tipping forward?

Place the figure on a level surface and gently shift its weight until the sculpted centre of gravity locks over the edge; do not force the pose or use adhesive.

Will the paint on the multicolor statue fade if kept near a window?

Display the closed-box figure away from direct sunlight and dust it occasionally with a soft brush to preserve the factory-applied colours.
