Alien: Isolation - Crew Expendable is a downloadable expansion published by Sega for the survival horror game Alien: Isolation. The content reunites the original Nostromo crew aboard the ship with players taking the roles of Dallas, Parker or Ellen Ripley. Activation requires a Steam account and ownership of the base game Alien: Isolation on Steam. The product is delivered as an online game code.

Regional availability and base game requirement

This DLC suits players who already own Alien: Isolation on Steam and want to experience the additional crew-focused missions. Buyers in the blocked countries listed in the specifications cannot activate the code. Anyone without the base game or a Steam account will not be able to use this content.

Questions about this item

Will I need to upgrade my graphics card to run the Crew Expendable DLC on my current PC?

The DLC runs on the same engine as the base game, so a 1 GB card such as an AMD Radeon HD 5550 meets the minimum spec.

What hardware limit will I hit first if I play the DLC for several hours at recommended settings?

The 35 GB install size and 8 GB RAM recommendation mean storage speed and system memory are the first bottlenecks during long sessions.

How much heat and fan noise should I expect from my GPU when running this DLC all day?

The recommended AMD Radeon R9 200 Series target suggests a mid-range card will operate within its normal thermal envelope during extended play.
