Crossover Batmobile design

This Sega Batmobile merges the Dark Knight silhouette with Sonic the Hedgehog aesthetics for a comic-accurate crossover vehicle. It is built for display or active play and suits collectors who want a mash-up piece that stands apart from standard DC or Sonic lines. The 429114 model delivers the hybrid look in a single boxed set.

Launching projectile and spinning turbine

A front-mounted projectile fires on demand while a rear turbine spins freely when pushed, giving two distinct mechanical actions that survive repeated use. Both features operate without batteries and keep working after extended play sessions because they rely on simple spring and friction mechanisms. No electronic components are present to degrade over time.

2.5-inch Shadow Batman figure included

The set includes a 2.5-inch Shadow-themed Batman figure that fits the cockpit, replacing the need to buy a separate pilot figure. The jump is worth it for buyers who want the vehicle and a matching character in one purchase rather than sourcing them individually. It does not satisfy buyers who need a larger scale or articulated companion figures.

Questions about this item

Does the Batmobile's launching projectile or spinning turbine make loud noises during all-day play?

The projectile launcher and spinning turbine are mechanical action features designed for manual operation, so they produce only the sound of physical movement without any motorised noise.

What additional figures or accessories are required to use the launching projectile and spinning turbine on this Batmobile?

No extra figures or accessories are needed; the Batmobile includes its own projectile and turbine mechanism, and the 2.5-inch Shadow Batman figure fits directly into the vehicle.

Can the 2.5-inch Shadow Batman figure ride in vehicles or playsets from older DC or Sonic toy lines?

The figure is scaled at 2.5 inches, a common size for many action-figure vehicles, so it will fit most older playsets that accept similarly scaled figures.
