Total War Warhammer III Champions of Chaos DLC

The Champions of Chaos Lords Pack adds four new Legendary Lords to Total War: WARHAMMER III. Each lord brings unique campaign mechanics and objectives for both Realm of Chaos and Immortal Empires modes. The expansion requires the base game and a Steam account for activation. This downloadable content is new and delivered as an online game code.

Four Legendary Lords and over 50 new units

Valkia the Bloody, Festus the Leechlord, Azazel Prince of Damnation and Vilitch the Curseling join the roster with dedicated Chaos-themed mechanics. Players can elevate mortal units through the Chaos ranks to become powerful servants like Chaos Knights and Chosen. Lords and Heroes may ascend to Daemon Prince status dedicated to a Dark God. The pack introduces over 50 new battlefield units.

Steam activation with regional restrictions

The product key activates on Steam and is available only in select countries listed in the specifications. An internet connection is required for download and installation through the Steam client. The DLC integrates directly into the base game campaigns without separate launchers. Buyers who want a standalone experience or who live in blocked regions cannot use this code.

Questions about this item

Does this DLC need any additional downloads or updates after I activate the Steam code?

Once the Steam code is redeemed the Champions of Chaos pack installs with the base game; future patches arrive through the normal Steam update process for Total War: Warhammer III.

Will my CPU or GPU become the bottleneck during long campaign turns with the new Lords?

The add-on runs on the same engine as the base title, so whichever component limits Total War: Warhammer III today will still be the limit with the extra content.

How much extra heat or fan noise should I expect when running a Champions of Chaos campaign all day?

The DLC adds four Legendary Lords and over 50 units but does not change the game’s rendering workload, so system thermals stay identical to the base game.
