Sellstrom 390 Premium Series Face Shield Headgear, Single Crown, Pin-Lock, Blue

Sellstrom 390 Premium Series Face Shield Headgear

The Sellstrom 390 Premium Series Face Shield Headgear is a single crown unit with a blue high-impact plastic shell. It uses a pin-lock suspension that fastens like a belt and includes a ratchet adjustment for a secure fit. The extra-large crown gives above-the-head coverage and promotes air circulation. It is sold as the headgear only and requires a compatible 390 Series window for eye and face protection.

Workers needing adjustable overhead coverage

This headgear suits industrial and laboratory workers who want a lightweight crown that can be paired with different Sellstrom 390 Series Face Shield Windows. It is not for buyers who need an all-in-one shield with the visor included, nor for anyone who requires a certified hard hat mount or a browguard-style frame. The pin-lock strap may also feel less familiar to users accustomed to simple ratchet-only headbands.

Pin-lock suspension with ratchet adjustment

The defining specification is the pin-lock suspension combined with a ratchet mechanism, which locks the headgear in place with a belt-like action while allowing fine sizing. This system determines whether the headgear stays stable during extended wear and whether it can be shared between workers without tools. No other mounting style or adjustment type is offered on this model.
