Two S2 steel square-drive bits with 1/4" hex shanks for Robertson #2 fasteners
This two-piece set supplies #2 Robertson square-recess bits with a 1/4" hex shank for use in standard drill chucks and quick-change holders. The bits are made from S2 steel and measure 7 1/2 in overall length. They are designed for driving square-socket screws in wood, metal and composite assemblies.
Because the bits are not impact rated, they are intended for rotary drilling and driving rather than high-torque impact tools. Under continuous rotary load the S2 steel resists rounding and cam-out, letting the operator maintain consistent drive depth across many fasteners. Impact drivers will exceed the design limits and may cause premature tip failure.
The pack directly replaces individual #2 Robertson bits that have stripped or gone missing, restoring full engagement with square-recess screws. It is not suited for Phillips, Torx or hex sockets, nor for applications that require impact-rated bits. Buyers needing impact-rated square bits or different tip sizes should select a different product.

| Brand name | SENCO |
Yes, the 1/4" hex shank is a standard size that fits the keyless chuck found on most cordless drills and impact drivers made in the last two decades.
No, they work with any tool that accepts a 1/4" hex shank; the Senco model numbers are simply the manufacturer's own drivers that also take this bit.
They are made of S2 steel but lack an impact rating, so repeated high-torque impacts can shatter the tip; reserve them for drill mode or a standard driver.
