Combo Audio Adapter 150 mm

The Sennheiser PCV 05 is a compact splitter cable that converts a single 4-pole 3.5 mm jack into separate headphone and microphone sockets. It is intended for gamers and remote workers who use analogue headsets with consoles, phones or tablets that only provide one combined port.

Fits devices with one 3.5 mm port

The 150 mm cable plugs into the host device and presents two colour-coded and icon-marked 3.5 mm female sockets for immediate headset connection. No drivers or external power are required, so the adapter works instantly with any compatible EPOS or Sennheiser analogue headset listed in the compatibility data.

Passive analogue signal path

Because the adapter is a purely passive wiring harness, it introduces no active electronics that could degrade audio under sustained use. Signal quality remains consistent for the duration of a session, limited only by the headset and host device themselves.

Questions about this item

Does the 150 mm cable limit how far I can sit from my controller?

The 150 mm cable is a short splitter, so you will need your headset's own cable to reach your seating position.

Does the adapter get warm or make noise after hours of gaming?

It is a passive analogue splitter with no electronics, so it generates no heat and makes no noise.

My headset has separate pink and green 3.5 mm plugs — will this adapter accept them?

Yes, the two female 3.5 mm sockets are colour-coded for headphone and microphone plugs.
