What the Server Is and Who Uses It

The Thermo-Serv Push Button Server is a one-litre insulated carafe built for coffee service. Its ABS shell and foam core keep hot liquids at serving temperature for two to three hours. The copper-toned finish adds a metallic sparkle to buffet lines or meeting rooms. It suits cafés, offices and catering crews who need reliable heat retention without a glass liner.

What the Push Button and Sonic Welds Change

A quarter-turn lid locks in place and releases with a safety push button, so staff can pour one-handed during busy periods. Sonic-welded seams remove interior ridges that trap residue, making the vessel easier to clean and fully dishwasher safe. The BPA-free construction meets food-contact requirements for commercial kitchens.

Limits of the Foam Insulation System

Double-wall foam holds heat for the rated two to three hours, after which temperature drops noticeably. The design is not vacuum sealed, so it cannot match the all-day retention of stainless vacuum servers. It is intended for hot coffee and water only; carbonated or highly acidic drinks are not recommended.
