Set of 3 Expandable Silicone Trivet Mats, .43" Thick

Three-Piece Expandable Silicone Trivet Set

This set provides three adjustable trivet mats made from 100% food-grade, BPA-free silicone. Each mat expands to 7.87" x 7.87" x .43" to protect surfaces from hot cookware and folds to 7.87" x 1.3" x .43" for compact storage. The detachable design allows for thorough cleaning by hand or in a dishwasher. They withstand temperatures from -40°F to 428°F.

Suited for Flexible Countertop Protection

Ideal for home cooks needing versatile heat protection for pots, pans, bowls, and cups on counters or tables. The non-slip surface grips smooth glass and inclined surfaces securely. The foldable, disassembling design suits kitchens with limited drawer space or users packing for picnics. Buyers needing a single large continuous surface for oversized roasting trays or heavy cast-iron cookware exceeding the mat dimensions should look elsewhere.

7.87-Inch Square Coverage with .43-Inch Thickness

Each mat covers a 7.87-inch square area, comfortably handling standard saucepans, frying pans, and mixing bowls. The .43-inch thick construction with a hollow centre creates an effective air barrier against heat transfer up to 428°F. Protection runs out when cookware bases exceed the expanded footprint or when sustained direct heat from extremely heavy vessels requires a rigid trivet rather than flexible silicone.
