Easy-to-Use Digital Alarm Clock

The Sharp digital alarm clock is built for absolute simplicity, featuring front-facing keyboard controls that make setting the time and alarm straightforward. Large, illuminated red LED digits provide high visibility across a room or in darkness without glasses. It measures 4.35 in x 3.81 in x 2.25 in, fitting easily on a nightstand, desk, or bathroom counter.

Suitable for All Ages; Not for Feature-Heavy Needs

This clock suits adults, children, teens, seniors, and the elderly who want a loud alarm and a 9-minute snooze function that repeats until manually cancelled. Battery backup retains time and alarm settings during power outages, though the display remains unlit until mains power returns. Buyers who need USB charging ports, wireless connectivity, projection displays, or multiple independent alarms should consider other models.

9-Minute Repeating Snooze with Battery-Backed Alarm

The defining specification is the 9-minute snooze that can be continually pressed until the alarm is switched off, paired with a battery backup system requiring two AAA batteries (sold separately). This combination ensures the alarm sounds even after a power cut, making it the deciding factor for anyone prioritising a reliable wake-up over advanced smart features.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the Sharp digital alarm clock?

The clock measures 4.35 inches wide, 3.81 inches deep and 2.25 inches high, so it fits on a standard nightstand without overhang.

How do I set the time and alarm using the keyboard controls on the front?

Press the labelled hour and minute buttons on the front panel to advance each digit, then slide the alarm switch to 'on'; the most common mistake is forgetting to confirm AM or PM before saving.
