Genuine Sharp DMD/DLP replacement chip

This component restores image quality on Sharp PG-LW2000, PG-LW3000 and PG-LW3500 projectors. It is manufactured to OEM specifications for direct installation. Each unit undergoes at least three separate tests to confirm clear projection with no dead pixels.

Fits compatible Sharp projector light engines

The chip replaces a failed or degraded DMD inside the optical block. Installation requires disassembly of the projector and careful handling of the optical assembly. A successful swap frees the projector from stuck mirrors or pixel artefacts without replacing the entire unit.

Suits technicians repairing supported Sharp models

Buyers must verify their projector model matches the listed series before ordering. Those needing chips for other Sharp series or different brands will not be able to use this part. No other compatibility is implied or guaranteed.

The chip is tested at least three times to project a clear image with no dead pixels, ensuring sustained image quality.

How much noise or heat does this replacement chip add during all-day operation?

The DMD chip itself has no moving parts, so it adds no fan noise or measurable heat beyond the projector's existing thermal design.

Which projector models must I already own for this chip to fit and work?

This genuine OEM chip is made for Sharp PG-LW2000, PG-LW3000 and PG-LW3500 projectors only.
