10mm Radius Diamond Router Bit

This diamond router bit carries a 10mm corner-rounding radius on a 12.7mm shank for stone edge profiling. It is built for marble, granite, quartz and artificial stone in wet or dry use. The vacuum-brazed #60 grit gives fast cutting and long life. A bottom stop bearing prevents the bit from cutting into the workpiece.

Upgrade from standard carbide bits

Carbide bits wear quickly on hard stone and must be replaced often. This diamond bit cuts faster and lasts longer on marble, granite, quartz and artificial stone. The jump is worth it when edge profiling volume justifies the higher upfront cost. It is not for wood, plastic or soft materials where carbide remains adequate.

Limits of vacuum-brazed diamond on stone

Vacuum brazing holds grit well but the bond can degrade under sustained heavy load without cooling. Water or another cooling agent is recommended for longer bit life. The fixed 10mm radius and 12.7mm shank suit only routers that accept that shank size and profiles needing that exact radius. It is not for buyers who need variable radii or different shank dimensions.
