Almond Porcelain Touch-Up Paint

Sheffield 1438 is a 1 oz bottle of almond-coloured touch-up paint formulated for porcelain surfaces on sinks, stoves and appliances. It is designed for homeowners and maintenance staff who need to conceal chips, scratches and nicks with a single coat.

Withstands 400 degree temperatures

The paint withstands temperatures up to 400 degrees, making it suitable for high-heat areas such as stove tops. This heat resistance is the key specification that determines whether the product matches the intended repair environment.

Brush cap simplifies application

A handy brush cap is integrated into the bottle, allowing direct application without separate tools. The formula dries to a hard, bright finish that is washable, waterproof and chip-proof; surfaces must be clean and dry before use to ensure proper adhesion.

Questions about this item

How well does the 400-degree temperature rating hold up on a stove top?

The paint withstands temperatures up to 400 degrees, so it resists heat from normal stove-top use without breaking down.

Is the brush cap built into the bottle or a separate piece?

The bottle includes a handy brush cap that screws on, giving you an applicator ready for chips and scratches.

Will the 1 oz bottle cover a typical sink chip with one coat?

One coat does the job on most chips and nicks, and the 1 oz volume is enough for several small repairs.
