High-density 3U server chassis

This 3U rack-mount chassis holds sixteen front-access 3.5-inch drives and three internal 2.5-inch drives in a 650mm deep enclosure. SFF-8087 backplane with SGPIO

The 6Gb/s Mini-SAS backplane uses SFF-8087 connectors and supports SGPIO signalling for drive status LEDs. Seven full-height PCI/PCIe slots mount vertically at the rear. Power comes from a standard 2U supply or a CRPS redundant unit up to 300mm long. No motherboard, CPU or memory is included.

Three hot-swap 12038 ball fans

Three 12038 ball-bearing fans provide forced airflow and can be replaced without shutting down. The front drive trays use an anti-EMI design with light-guide columns to show drive activity. The 1.0mm SGCC steel body resists fingerprints. Sustained cooling relies on the supplied fan configuration.
