Shenzhen Junxiangcheng Technology Co.,
A 19-inch rackmount server chassis with eight hot-swap 3.5-inch SATA or SAS drive bays and a 6Gb/s backplane
This 2U rackmount server chassis fits a standard 19-inch rack and holds eight 3.5-inch hot-swap drive bays. It accepts SATA II or III and SAS II or III drives at 6 Gb/s through a backplane with a temperature control chipset. The frame is built from 1.0 mm SGCC zinc-coated steel and supports motherboards up to 12 by 10.5 inches.
The unit ships with a 6 Gb/s SATA backplane, while 6 Gb/s and 12 Gb/s Mini SAS backplanes are available as alternatives. An optional slim CD-ROM bay can also house a 2.5-inch drive. Two front-access USB 2.0 ports are standard, with USB 3.0 offered as an option. Seven full-height PCI or PCIe expansion slots provide add-in card space.
Drive throughput is capped at the 6 Gb/s SATA or SAS interface speed, so faster media will not exceed that ceiling. Cooling uses three 8025 AVC ball-bearing fans by default, with a fourth 8 cm position available. Power can come from a single 2U supply or a redundant pair, and front LEDs report power, drive, network, fan and over-health status.

The chassis ships with three 8025 AVC ball bearing fans in the four 8 cm positions; ball bearing fans typically run for years before bearing wear requires a swap.
The 6Gb/s SATA backplane caps each bay at 6 Gb/s, so aggregate throughput cannot exceed the backplane's total 6 Gb/s bandwidth shared across the eight hot-swap slots.
Three 8025 AVC ball bearing fans move enough air for eight 3.5" drives and a motherboard up to 12" x 10.5", generating typical server-level airflow noise in a 19" rack.
