  • Impact-resistant polycarbonate guards against drops and scratches
  • Included screen film and cloth protect display
  • Precision cut-outs allow full port access

Purpose & Audience

This snap-on case is designed for iPhone 5 owners who want a slim protective layer with a distinctive dark checker pattern. It covers the back and sides while keeping all ports accessible through precise cut-outs.

Upgrade Context

It replaces a bare phone or a worn basic shell by adding impact-resistant polycarbonate protection only .8 mm thick. The bundled screen film and cleaning cloth extend coverage to the display, making the switch worthwhile when both body and screen need shielding.

Installation & Pitfalls

The flexible polycarbonate snaps on in seconds with no tools or adhesives required. The main risk is trapping dust under the included screen film, so use the supplied cleaning cloth thoroughly before applying the protector.
