Shieldmark Floor Marking Tape 6 in 100 ft

This floor marking tape comes in a continuous striped roll of black and yellow vinyl. It is designed for facility managers and safety officers who need clear visual boundaries in warehouses, factories or commercial spaces. The 50 mil thickness provides durability for high-traffic floors. It suits indoor applications where permanent paint is not practical.

Installation notes for vinyl floor tape

The roll applies directly to clean, dry surfaces without special tools. Common issues include poor adhesion on dusty or oily concrete and lifting edges when the tape is stretched during application. Allow the floor to acclimate before laying the tape. Press firmly along the full length to ensure a secure bond.

Sustained load behaviour on industrial floors

Under continuous forklift and pallet-jack traffic the vinyl resists abrasion and maintains its striped contrast. The rubber-based adhesive holds through temperature shifts typical of unheated warehouses. It does not glow in the dark and is non-retroreflective, so visibility depends on ambient light. The tape is not intended for outdoor roadway use.

Which width and length combination should I select for a standard aisle marking job?
