Open-ear sport headphones

The SHOKZ OpenRun Pro 2 delivers audio through bone and air conduction without covering the ears. Runners, cyclists and gym users stay aware of traffic, coaches or training partners while listening to music or calls. The orange finish makes the headset easy to spot in a gear bag.

Upgrade from earbuds or over-ears

Traditional in-ear buds block ambient sound and can fall out when you sweat; over-ear cups trap heat during long sessions. This model replaces both compromises with an open-ear design that stays secure and cool. The jump is worth it when situational awareness and all-day comfort matter more than isolation.

Build around Bluetooth and the SHOKZ App

Pairing works within 30 ft of a phone, watch or bike computer. The app lets you tune EQ profiles for different workouts. IP55 rating handles rain and heavy sweat without extra covers. Dual wind-resistant mics and AI noise reduction filter 96.5% of background noise at wind speeds up to 15 mph, freeing you from a separate headset for calls.

Questions about this item

Does the unibody frame with Ni-Ti memory wire need any specific head size or adjustment to fit securely?

The weight-optimised unibody frame integrates a Ni-Ti alloy memory wire and ergonomic ear hooks that adapt to your head shape for a secure, slip-resistant fit without manual sizing steps.

What is the correct way to pair these headphones via Bluetooth, and what step do users often miss?

Enable Bluetooth on your device, select the headphones from the list, and confirm pairing; the step users often miss is downloading the SHOKZ App afterwards to unlock EQ customisation and firmware updates.

How should I clean the double-layer mesh after sweaty workouts to maintain the IP55 rating?

Rinse the mesh gently with fresh water, shake off excess moisture, and air-dry completely before the next use; avoid soaps or high-pressure jets so the water-resistant seals stay intact.
