62-Inch Ceiling Fan for Medium Rooms

The SHREEFINDEE 801 is a 62-inch ceiling fan designed for indoor spaces around 215 square feet. Its eight black wooden blades and modern black finish suit living rooms, bedrooms or covered patios. A reversible DC motor provides year-round airflow for cooling or heat redistribution.

Airflow Capacity and Lighting Range

The fan moves 5694 cubic feet of air across six speed settings, covering the rated area comfortably. An integrated 24-watt LED kit offers five colour temperatures from 2700K to 6500K, shifting from warm ambient glow to bright task light. Output drops off beyond the specified 215-square-foot zone.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The DC motor runs on 120-volt household power while drawing only 24 watts for the light and minimal wattage for the fan itself. Operational noise stays low across all six speeds, and the motor housing remains cool during extended use. A remote-controlled timer allows automatic shut-off to save energy.

Questions about this item

Will the 62-inch blade span and 5694 airflow rating suit a 215 sq.ft. room that already has an existing ceiling fan?

The fan is rated for spaces around 215 sq.ft. with a 5694 airflow figure, so it matches the room size; ensure each fan has its own circuit and downrod clearance.

How can I verify the DC motor and 24W LED light are operating correctly after installation?

Use the remote to cycle through all 6 speeds and the 5 colour temperatures (2700K, 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, 6500K); smooth speed changes and distinct colour shifts confirm normal operation.

Which downrods, remote and fixings are included, and what must be purchased separately?

Two downrods, the remote control and all mounting hardware are supplied; only a standard 120 V electrical supply and a suitable ceiling box are needed.
