Phantom Spirit120 SE ARGB CPU Cooler

The Phantom Spirit120 SE ARGB is a dual-fan tower air cooler designed for desktop processors. It fits Intel LGA1700, LGA1851, LGA1200, LGA1150, LGA1151, LGA1155 and LGA1156 sockets plus AMD AM4 and AM5 platforms. Builders receive mounting hardware for every listed socket. The black anodised aluminium fin stack and copper base clear most memory modules.

Sustained-load behaviour

Seven 6 mm heat pipes use AGHP 4.0 technology to counter the inverse-gravity effect when the cooler is mounted vertically or horizontally. Two 120 mm TL-C12B-S V2 PWM fans spin at 1500 rpm ±10 % and push 66.17 CFM each at a maximum of 25.6 dB(A). S-FDB bearings are rated for 20000 hours of industrial service life.

Pre-installation checks

Verify that your case allows at least 154 mm of cooler height and 135 mm of width. The cooler measures 125 mm long, 135 mm wide and 154 mm tall. Ensure the motherboard layout leaves room for the dual 120x120x25 mm fans and 5 V 3-pin ARGB headers. Confirm your CPU socket appears in the supported list above.

Questions about this item

How loud are the dual 120 mm TL-C12B-S V2 fans at full 1500 rpm when the cooler runs all day?

The fans are rated at 25.6 dB(A) at maximum speed, so even under sustained load the noise stays at a low whisper level.

Which motherboard socket and mounting hardware must I already have to install this Phantom Spirit120 SE ARGB?

You need an Intel LGA 1700, 1851, 1200, 1150, 1151, 1155 or 1156 socket, or an AMD AM4 or AM5 socket; the box includes the matching mounting plates and fasteners for each platform.

Will the 154 mm tall cooler clear the memory slots on an older LGA 1150 or AM4 board I plan to keep?

The design avoids the memory area, so standard-height DIMMs fit underneath the 125 mm deep fin stack without interference on those legacy platforms.
