Ultra-Wide Prime for FUJIFILM X

The Sigma 12mm f/1.4 DC Contemporary lens delivers an 18mm full-frame equivalent focal length on APS-C mirrorless cameras. Its ultra-wide perspective suits landscape, architecture, interior and vlogging work where capturing expansive scenes is essential. The fast f/1.4 aperture enables low-light shooting and shallow depth of field for subject separation.

Dust-Resistant Build with 62mm Filter Thread

A dust- and splash-resistant construction protects the lens during outdoor use while a front-element coating repels moisture and smudges. The 62mm filter thread accepts circular polarisers or ND filters for creative control over reflections and exposure. An aperture control ring provides tactile exposure adjustment without leaving the viewfinder.

Bundle Adds Tripod, Filters and Cleaning Kit

The package includes a full-size tripod and a tabletop tripod for stable long-exposure or vlogging setups. A filter kit, digital cleaning solution, cleaning cloth, air blower and brush keep optics pristine in the field. These accessories let you start shooting and maintain the lens immediately without separate purchases.

Questions about this item

What mount does the Sigma 12mm f/1.4 DC Contemporary lens use, and what focal length does it provide on APS-C?

The lens uses the FUJIFILM X mount and gives an 18mm full-frame equivalent focal length on APS-C cameras.

What is the filter thread diameter, and what accessories can attach directly to it?

The lens has a 62mm filter thread, accepting ND filters, polarising filters, or protective filters of that size.

How is the aperture ring operated, and what common mistake should be avoided when switching to automatic exposure modes?

Turn the aperture ring to the desired f-stop; for automatic modes, set it to the A position or the camera will not control aperture electronically.
