Three L-Mount APS-C Primes

This kit bundles 16mm, 30mm and 56mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary lenses for Leica L-mount APS-C cameras. It covers wide, standard and short-tele perspectives with a constant bright aperture, giving photographers and video creators a compact three-lens system for everyday shooting.

Focal Range and Aperture Headroom

The 16mm delivers a 24mm equivalent view for expansive scenes, the 30mm matches a classic 35mm normal perspective, and the 56mm reaches into portrait territory, all at f/1.4 for low-light capability and shallow depth of field. The fixed apertures mean exposure stays consistent when switching lenses, though the kit stops at 56mm so longer telephoto work needs separate glass.

Build and Daily Handling

Each lens uses a stepping motor for quiet, smooth autofocus suited to both stills and video, while inner-focus designs keep length constant during focusing. Petal hoods and front/rear caps are included for protection, and the compact DC DN construction keeps the kit light for all-day carry on L-mount bodies.

Questions about this item

Will these f/1.4 lenses work on my full-frame Leica L-mount body without vignetting?

The 16mm, 30mm and 56mm are DC DN APS-C designs, so they cover the APS-C image circle; on a full-frame L-mount camera they will vignette unless you shoot in crop mode.

How can I confirm the stepping motor autofocus is operating smoothly on each lens after mounting?

Half-press the shutter or tap the screen to engage AF; the focus should pull quickly and silently with no hunting, and the focus-distance scale (if displayed) will update in real time.

Does the kit include filters or a carrying case, or do I need to buy them separately?

The box contains the three lenses, front and rear caps for each, one petal hood, and the Sigma 4-year warranty card; filters and a case are not included.
