Wide-Angle Prime for Micro Four Thirds

The Sigma 16mm F1.4 DC DN Contemporary lens delivers a 32mm equivalent focal length on Micro Four Thirds bodies. Its fast F1.4 aperture suits low-light work and shallow depth of field. The optical design uses 16 elements in 13 groups to control aberrations. This bundle adds a 67mm filter kit, flex lens shade, cleaning kit, Capleash II and LensPen for immediate use.

Build Integration and Extras

The lens mounts natively on Micro Four Thirds cameras without adapters. Its compact form factor leaves room in smaller bags for additional gear. Included accessories protect the front element and simplify maintenance in the field. The package also supplies a PC software download for lens firmware updates and corrections.

Sustained Shooting Behaviour

The all-metal barrel and thermally stable construction resist focus shift during extended sessions. Internal focusing keeps the lens length constant, preserving balance on gimbals or tripods. Buyers who need a wider field of view than 24mm equivalent or a zoom range will not find it here.
