Professional Standard Zoom for Sony E-Mount

The Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN II Art lens covers a versatile wide-to-portrait range with a constant f/2.8 aperture. It is built for Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras and suits photographers and videographers who need one reliable optic for events, landscapes, and daily production work.

Extensive Accessory Kit for Immediate Use

The bundle adds a backpack, filter kit, memory card, and card reader so you can shoot and offload images without extra purchases. A tabletop tripod, air blower, brush, cleaning solution, cloth, and lens cap keeper complete a ready-to-go workflow for studio or location sessions.

Lightweight Weather-Sealed Build

At 1.6 lbs the barrel stays light on a gimbal or during long handheld days, and the weather sealing protects against dust and moisture. An 11-blade diaphragm produces round bokeh highlights, while the customisable AF-L button and 6.7 in minimum focus distance support quick handling and close-up detail.

Questions about this item

Will the weather-sealed barrel and fluorine-coated front element need periodic re-sealing or recoating?

The lens features weather sealing and a fluorine coating on the front element; no scheduled re-sealing or recoating is required by the manufacturer.

What thermal limit appears first during continuous 4K video recording at f/2.8?

The lens has no internal thermal limit; any recording time restriction comes from the camera body, not the optic.

How loud is the HLA focus motor and how much heat does the barrel generate during all-day event shooting?

The HLA motor operates quietly for video, and the 1.6 lb barrel remains comfortable to hold during extended use.
