Powerful TTL flash for Nikon SLRs

The Sigma EF-610 DG SUPER delivers a guide number of 61 metres (200 feet) and works with the latest TTL auto-exposure systems on digital and film SLR cameras. It offers advanced functions including modelling flash, multi-pulse flash, TTL wireless flash, FP high-speed sync, rear-curtain sync and manual power control across eight stops. An auto power-off feature helps conserve battery life.

Guide number 61 metres

The headline specification is the guide number of 61, which determines the maximum flash reach and exposure capability. Auto zoom covers focal lengths from 24 to 105 millimetres, extending to 17 millimetres with the built-in wide panel. The bounce head tilts up 90 degrees, left 180 degrees, right 90 degrees and down 7 degrees for close-up work.

Suits Nikon SLR owners needing wireless TTL

This unit fits photographers who want high output, wireless TTL control and versatile bounce angles on a Nikon SLR system. It is not for users of mirrorless cameras with proprietary hot-shoe protocols, nor for anyone requiring built-in radio triggering beyond the stated TTL wireless function. Buyers needing a more compact on-camera flash should look at smaller models.
