Capacity and class

This 128GB SDXC card carries a UHS-I U1 and Class 10 rating. It is built for photographers and videographers who need reliable storage for high-quality images and extended 1080p full-HD video recording. The card works with any SDXC UHS-I compatible DSLR, camera, HD camcorder or 3D camera.

Read speed and write headroom

Read speeds reach up to 85MB/s for quick file transfers and sharing. Write speeds peak at 15MB/s, which handles continuous shooting and Full HD video smoothly. The card runs out of headroom for higher-bitrate formats such as 4K or high-frame-rate capture that demand sustained writes above this level.

Compatibility constraint

This card requires an SDXC UHS-I enabled host device. It is not compatible with standard SD devices or SD readers. Buyers with older hardware that only supports the original SD specification will not be able to use this card.

No, the card is only compatible with SDXC UHS-I and SDXC enabled host devices; it will not work in standard SD devices or readers.

How can I confirm the card is delivering the rated Class 10 and U1 performance after I start using it?

You should see sustained write speeds up to 15MB/s during continuous shooting and read speeds up to 85MB/s when transferring files to a computer.

Does the package include a card reader or adapter, or do I need to buy one separately?

The box contains only the 128GB Elite SDXC memory card; a compatible SDXC UHS-I card reader must be purchased separately if your device lacks a built-in slot.
