Complete kitchen protection set

This four-piece silicone trivet set provides reliable heat protection for countertops and tables during cooking and serving. The coordinating black and grey mats handle hot pots, pans, and dishes straight from the stove or oven. Each mat measures 7 inches by 7 inches with a 0.17-inch thickness for consistent coverage. The durable silicone construction won't stain, absorb odors, or deteriorate like cloth or cork alternatives.

Heat resistance and stability

The silicone material withstands high temperatures to safeguard surfaces from thermal damage during everyday use. A textured non-slip surface grips cookware securely while keeping the mats firmly anchored on countertops. This dual-grip design prevents both sliding dishes and shifting mats for safer handling. The mats are dishwasher safe for effortless cleaning, though hand washing is recommended for optimal longevity.

Not for high-heat industrial use

These trivets are designed for standard kitchen cookware temperatures and may not withstand extreme heat from industrial equipment or prolonged direct flame exposure. Buyers needing protection for commercial-grade appliances or continuous high-temperature applications should verify temperature ratings against their specific requirements. The set includes four mats, so kitchens requiring larger single-surface coverage will need multiple mats or a different solution.

Questions about this item

How do I place the .17 in thick silicone trivet mats on the counter so they do not shift under a heavy pot?

Lay each mat flat with the textured side down; the silicone grips the surface and the cookware without adhesive or fasteners.

What cleaning or replacement will the four black and grey mats need over time?

They are dishwasher safe; hand washing extends life, and the non-porous silicone resists stains and odors so replacement is only needed if cut or torn.

At what point does the .17 in thickness stop protecting the countertop during a long simmer?

The mats withstand high temperatures, but sustained extreme heat beyond the silicone rating can eventually transfer enough warmth to mark sensitive surfaces.
