Compatibility and installation notes

Verify your case accepts a standard ATX power supply with a 140mm depth before ordering. Ensure the motherboard requires a 24-pin ATX connector and that your components use the modular cables supplied. The unit operates at up to 40°C ambient temperature for continuous loads.

Upgrade context and value

This unit replaces lower-efficiency or group-regulated power supplies that cannot maintain tight ±3% voltage regulation under load. The 120mm FDB fan runs at a minimum of 18 dBA for quiet operation. The jump is worth it when building a system that demands reliable, efficient power delivery around the clock.

Questions about this item

Does the DA850-G come with all modular cables or must any be purchased separately?

The unit is fully modular so every cable needed for a standard build is included in the box; no extra cables are required.

Is the 850 W rating the peak or the continuous output at the stated temperature?

The 850 W figure is a 24/7 continuous rating at 40 operating temperature, not a short-term peak.

How loud is the 120 mm FDB fan when the supply is under typical load?

The fan runs at a minimum of 18 dBA and stays quiet thanks to the specially designed cover that dissipates residual heat.
