Server Chassis for Micro-ATX Builds

The SilverStone Technology SST-RM23-502-MINI is a 2U rackmount chassis designed for Micro-ATX motherboards up to 9.6 by 9.6 inches. It suits IT administrators building compact servers or workstations that must fit a standard rack. The enclosure accepts ATX PS2, 2U single or 2U redundant power supplies.

Dual 5.25 Inch Bays and Drive Support

Two 5.25 inch expansion bays allow installation of optical drives, hot-swap cages or other front-access devices. Internal mounts hold one 2.5 inch SSD and up to two 3.5 inch hard drives. A built-in bracket accommodates up to two 80 by 25 millimetre fans for active cooling. Front USB provides a 5Gbps USB 3.1 Gen1 port compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1.

Four Low-Profile Expansion Slots

The chassis supports four low-profile PCI or PCIe cards, which determines the number of add-in controllers, network adapters or GPUs you can install. Builds requiring more than four slots or full-height cards will not fit. Verify that your motherboard and cards match the low-profile form factor before purchasing.
