Three 4 GB DDR2 modules at 800 MHz CL5 1.8 V totalling 12 GB
This 12 GB kit contains three 4 GB DDR2 DIMMs running at 800 MHz with CL5 latency. It is intended for older desktop systems that still use 240-pin DDR2 slots and require a straightforward capacity increase.
The modules plug directly into standard 240-pin DDR2 slots at 1.8 V without extra configuration. Systems limited to lower capacities, different pin counts, or higher-voltage memory will not accept this kit.
Measured against everything we stock in Desktop RAM, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Enter the BIOS or UEFI on first boot and check the memory information screen — it should report 800MHz (PC2-6400/PC2-6300) with CL5 timings at 1.8V.
The package contains three 4GB DDR2 DIMMs (240-pin, non-ECC, non-parity, 1.8V, CL5). No extra cables, brackets or software are needed — just a desktop motherboard with DDR2 slots.
