  • 60 ns access speed meets timing needs
  • Lifetime warranty covers the memory modules

Capacity and Compatibility

This 64 MB kit supplies two 32 MB modules for Korg Triton LE, TR, Pro, ProX and Classic Sampler workstations. It uses the 72-pin EDO SIMM form factor that these instruments require.

Upgrade Path

The kit replaces smaller or slower SIMMs in the listed Triton models when additional sample memory is needed. The jump is worthwhile when projects exceed the factory capacity and the sampler can address the full 64 MB.

Interface Limits

The 72-pin EDO interface caps transfer timing at 60 ns and does not support later SDRAM or DIMM standards. Systems that require faster access or higher density must use a different memory architecture.

Questions about this item

Will the 72-pin SIMM modules fit the memory slots on my Korg Triton?

The kit contains two 32MB 72-pin EDO SIMMs that match the Triton LE, TR, Pro, ProX and Classic Sampler slot specification.

How do I install the SIMMs correctly, and what is the common mistake?

Align the notch on each 72-pin module with the key in the slot, press straight down until the side clips lock, and avoid angling the stick which can bend the gold contacts.

When will these EDO SIMMs need replacement?

The modules carry a lifetime warranty and have no moving parts, so they typically last for the usable life of the Triton workstation.
