The Simple Designs Mini Ceramic Globe Desk Lamp is a compact table lamp with a globe-shaped ceramic base and a matching fabric shade. It is designed for general ambient lighting in living rooms, bedrooms, offices, children's rooms, or college dormitories. The fixture uses a single 40W type B E12 candelabra base bulb, which is not included with the lamp.

Pre-Installation Checks

Verify that the intended surface can accommodate a lamp measuring 8.66 inches in height with a 5.55 inch shade diameter. Ensure a standard household socket is accessible for the plug-in connection, as the unit carries UL PARTS certification for electrical components. Confirm you have a suitable 40W type B E12 candelabra bulb ready for installation before first use.

Sustained Operation

The ceramic base and fabric shade are intended for standard indoor use with a 40W maximum bulb rating. During extended periods of illumination, the shade diffuses light evenly while the ceramic body remains stable at normal operating temperatures.
