Simplex 7102-03 Bright Brass Mechanical Pushbutton Door Lock 2-3/4" Backset 1" Deadbolt No Key

Mechanical pushbutton combination lock

The Simplex 7102-03 is a bright brass mechanical pushbutton combination lock with a 1" tubular deadbolt. It provides keyless access control via an exterior keypad while allowing free egress from the inside at all times. The lock fits wood or metal doors between 35mm and 57mm thick. A single access code is programmed at the keypad without removing the lock.

Suits keyless entry needs.

This lock suits homes or offices wanting a code-based deadbolt without batteries or wiring. The deadbolt must be manually relocked each time, so it does not suit doors that need automatic locking on closure. It also does not suit doors thinner than 35mm or thicker than 57mm, or projects requiring multiple user codes or keyed entry.

2-3/4" backset determines fit

The 70mm backset is the critical measurement that decides whether this lock aligns with existing door prep. Verify the distance from the door edge to the centre of the bore hole matches 2-3/4" before purchase. An incorrect backset prevents installation without modifying the door.
