The Simplex L1011LH-26D is a heavy-duty cylindrical lock that grants exterior access via a single mechanical code while allowing free egress from the inside. It suits commercial or institutional doors where key management is impractical and a battery-free solution is preferred. The satin chrome finish resists wear in high-traffic environments. Left-hand orientation must match the door swing.

Adjustable Backset and Door Thickness Range

The lock fits doors 35 to 57 millimetres thick and adjusts between a 60-millimetre and 70-millimetre backset. The latch measures 13 by 19 millimetres. Installations outside these dimensions or on non-standard door preparations will not work. The unified trim plate and fixed ADA-compliant levers require the specified door thickness for proper alignment.

Replaces Keyed Cylindrical Locksets

This unit replaces traditional keyed locks where issuing, controlling and collecting keys creates cost and security gaps. The jump is worth it when a single access code simplifies entry for authorised users and eliminates re-keying expenses.
