The Simplex L1021S-RH-3 is a right-hand mechanical pushbutton combination lock finished in bright brass. It fits wood or metal doors between 35 and 57 mm thick and accepts a Schlage large format interchangeable core sold separately. The adjustable backset covers 60 mm to 70 mm, and the cylindrical latch carries a three-hour fire rating for A-label doors. It suits commercial entries needing keyless exterior access with free egress.

Keyless Programming And Core Flexibility

A single access code is programmed at the keypad without removing the lock from the door. The mechanical design removes the material and labour cost of battery replacements. Because the LFIC core is sold separately, the cylinder can be keyed into an existing Schlage master-key system or swapped without replacing the entire lock body.

Surface Installation With Fixed Levers

The unified trim plate and fixed ADA-compliant levers mount on the door surface using the supplied cylindrical latch measuring 13 mm by 19 mm. The adjustable backset accommodates common 60 mm and 70 mm prep holes, so retrofit alignment is straightforward. Installers must supply the correct Schlage LFIC core; the lock will not operate without it.
